Our office has been offering these services since 1997 to families of clients from the ranks of upper management in multinational corporations, representatives of diplomatic missions, as well as Czech clients seeking flexible accommodation during a temporary phase. International School of Prague

International School of Prague ISP is located in Prague 6 – Nebušice.
ISP is a non-profit, independent educational institution. Established in 1948, ISP is one of the oldest continually operating international schools in Europe.  It has its roots in Prague´s diplomatic community, a relationship that endures to this day. In 1966, the school relocated to its current location in the village of Nebušice.

Mala Šárka campus – a green residential area with beautiful natural surroundings, is home to families with schoolchildren from all over the worldThis location has a well established reputation as one of Prague’s most sought-after residential neighbourhoods for the city’s expatriate population, due to its quiet residential atmosphere, proximity to the International School of Prague and the Tichá Šárka nature reserve. Malá Šárka is well located for easy access to Dejvice, Prague International Airport, and Evropská Street, which connects to the city´s ring road and acts as a major arterial route to and from the city centre. Riverside School

Riverside School
Riverside School was founded in 1994. With more than 20 years of tradition, it is one of the leading international schools in the Czech Republic. This is a family-type school for children from 3 to 18 years of age, where teaching is based on the UK-US curricula. Even though the school presents itself as Christian, it is open to children of all nationalities and any religion.

Children who are not in love with English have a supplementary programme available to fill the gap well. Students of Czech nationality will welcome the “Czech for Czechs” programme, which will assist them on their way to passing the compulsory Czech language exams.

Riverside School has a total of 4 venues: The Early Years School for children aged 3 to 5 is located in Prague Bubeneč, the Primary School for pupils aged 5 to 11 is located in Sedlec in the Vltava Valley of Prague, the current location of the Junior High School for pupils aged 11 to 14 and that of the Senior High School for pupils under the age of 18 is in Prague’s Hradčany.

Riverside School is accredited by several world-renowned companies: the Council of International Schools, the New England Association of Schools and Colleges and the Council of British International Schools. The French Lyceum is part of a network of schools run by the Agency for French Education Abroad (AEFE) and, according to the results of comparative exams and graduation, it is proven that the school takes pupils to the highest limits of their possibilities. The Lyceum is for children from 3 years of age, from kindergarten to graduation.

The aim of the Lyceum is to provide pupils with high quality education in accordance with the French curriculum, while being open to the Czech language and culture. Besides education, the Lyceum also focuses on the personal development of its students. Thanks to a bilingual environment, it fosters tolerance and mutual respect.

In an effort to extend the possibilities of studies for Czech pupils and to offer a French-Czech educational programme to those interested, the French Lyceum in Prague opened its bilingual section in September 2000. The English College in Prague

This is a selective six-year English grammar school and is also part of the Czech school system. It was founded in 1994 to revive the tradition of the British-style education in Prague which had been established in 1927 by the Prague English Grammar School (PEGS). HRH The Prince of Wales and President Václav Havel agreed to be patrons of the College when it was founded.

The College became the first school to offer the International Baccalaureate in the Czech Republic in 1995. Every year, about 70 students at the English College take the full IB Diploma exams. Most graduates go on to study at universities, mainly in the UK, but also in the Czech Republic and elsewhere in the world.

The College is a non-profit organisation, established by the English College Foundation and supervised by an independent Body of Governors.

    Dealing with all negotiations with the landlord and drawing up the necessary legal Tenancy Agreement in Czech or English as needed. This includes putting utility services into your name and organising an inventory.

    Lease Contracts

    Our Lease Agreement has been created as the result of our experience and the knowledge and research of our lawyers.

    We can provide an English-speaking lawyer and examples of an English Lease Contract.

    Some companies may have a special request or offer their own Lease Contract, which employees must accept.

    Moving In

    Prior to moving in, an inventory of the property, listing the contents and providing a schedule of conditions, will be taken at the commencement of the tenancy. When your tenancy ends, this exercise will be repeated at the “check-out.” Assistance is provided to transfer the utilities into your name.


    A rented property has to be insured and valid insurance will be maintained throughout the whole term of the lease. The tenant is advised to insure his/her own property and to insure against the liability for damage caused by third parties. The insurance contract can be arranged at the request of the client with our ALLIANZ INSURANCE COMPANY partner.
